Responsibilities:
Develop data driven analytics to create new insights using strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving
skills:
Work with the business stakeholders to gather, define and document their Information Management & Reporting requirements
Write Functional Specifications for IT development and support User Acceptance Testing as needed
Create Training Material and Conduct End User Training
Generate Management Information Reports on a regular and ad hoc basis
Track change requests, issues, and, enhancements
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology/ System or related disciplines 4 years of experience working as a IT Business Analyst with close co-operation with the full software development & testing life cycle
Excellent technical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel (Sort, Filter, Pivot Tables, Charts), PowerPoint, JIRA
Proficient with SQL and Oracle PL SQL
Good understanding of Tableau
Experience with Salesforce will be an added advantage
Strong Project Management skills, PMP certification is an advantage
Experience with User Stories and Agile Scrum is an advantage
Ability to work as a team with good interpersonal communications skills
Ability to work and prioritize independently and able to manage aggressive deadlines
Structured approach and experience in Problem solving/ solution designing
Good command of written and spoken English, excellent presentation skill is required
